    I love them.. me and my friends have xplored a lot of foothills around chandigarh , we have had some awful encounters too .. but enjoyed

      I know! Those are the best kind. We women must take back public spaces in India so that we can safely take long walks Maniparna.

  7. I love long, rambling walks, but what a pity I haven’t been to this place despite living in Delhi for ages! I’ll check it out someday soon, and thanks for the ‘closed on Sundays’ heads-up, got to keep that in mind. My favourite ‘wild place’ in Delhi is the North Campus ridge… ever been there? πŸ™‚

    plenty of places here in Jaipur!! The best part is that people usually stick to public gardens for morning stroll/jog…..which ensures that such forest areas are devoid of much human activity, so you can hear variety of chirping sound!
