Rheumatoid Arthritis – more holistic healing methods
After I wrote about about Kusam Aggarwal’s successful Foot Refexology treatments for her Rheumatoid Arthritis I decided to investigate other ways of handling the symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis. True healing occurs when we go deeper into the condition that is causing us pain and distress and look behind it to see why we are sick. Nobody really knows what causes RA so it behoves each of us to go deep into our own psyche and look at the thought patterns that have lead to this. Sometimes we just can’t see what it is we are doing in our lives. At times like this the healing power of affirmations and crystals cannot be denied. They work at a deep level to bring about permanent and lasting change within us.
“ I am my own authority. I love and approve of myself. Life is good.”
Crystals aren’t inanimate objects. Once you have them their subtle energy is always present in your home. The more you are aware of their influence, the more you can receive what they have to give you.
Copper is one of the ore’s that helps with RA. It eases joint pain and increases self esteem and self awareness and establishes emotional boundaries.
The Archangel associated with Copper is Raphael and the message from the ore is, “Flexibility is required when participating on this life’s journey…Learn to respect and support your health by setting appropriate boundaries on all levels, including the physical and emotional.
Please read this real story about the benefits of copper in healing RA.
Garnet is another helpful gem for Rheumatoid Arthritis sufferers.. It comes in a number of colours, not just the deep rich red we’re most familiar with. You can find yellow, green, brown, pink and even black garnet. The message it gives is, “Are you feeling uncertain about what you’re here to accomplish? Is there a clog in your creativity?…”
Choosing the right crystal is an intuitive process. You need to hold it, commune with it and keep it on or near you for a day or two while gaging the effect it’s having on you. There is no one formula that works for everyone.
According to research certain foods can exacerbate your symptoms. Watch out for
3.Pork products, including bacon
Other foods such as curcuma (Haldi) and ginger with its anti-inflammatory properties can make you feel better.
And then, there’s yoga. Remaining flexible is a vital aspect of the quality of your life. Nadi shodan is a must. Shavasana, Yog Nidra and Nadi shodan can be practiced by anyone, even of their worst days. When you feel a little better, attempt these asanas
I’ll give you detailed instructions on these poses in my next blog post. Wait for it.
Do you have any suggestions for natural healing of Rheumatoid Arthritis? I would love to hear from you in the comment’s section.
